A typical daily timetable will include targeted core learning activities in the morning focusing on supporting learners to retain and reflect on prior knowledge and also will introduce suitable new concepts from their upcoming academic year. Whilst there is a strong focus on learning and developing knowledge, this will be taught through adventure and will follow the Quest Learn ethos that learning should be fun, interest-led and engaging for all. Our aim is for children to be so caught up in the excitement of the activities that they are unaware that learning is taking place. In the afternoons, we will take part in exciting activities including session with a professional artist, a show from a magician and a mixed sports afternoon. On the final afternoon, we will organize a special treasure hunt in Wanstead Park which the children will receive clues about each day in their learning. This will bring the week to an exciting close.
