Preschool Phonics Session (6 Weeks)

Service Description

Our Preschool Phonics sessions are designed for children aged 1–3 and run every Friday from 10am to 11am at Questlearn’s centre, located in the halls behind The Wanstead Methodist Church, Hermon Hill, E11 2AR. This is a 6-week course (£120) that gently introduces the foundations of phonics to support early communication and pre-reading skills. Phase 1 phonics focuses on developing children’s ability to listen to and distinguish between different sounds in their environment, setting the groundwork for language and speech. Phase 2 phonics then introduces letter sounds and simple sound-blending to begin forming words. The first 6-week course covers Phase 1, and once completed, families are invited to continue with the Phase 2 course to build on these essential early literacy skills. The sessions are planned and delivered by a qualified teacher and former EYFS Manager and SENCo , ensuring a consistent, supportive, and expert-led learning experience.
